About me

Hi, I’m the Autistic RN

Neurodivergent. Nurse. Storyteller.

Who I Am

I’m a registered nurse, an autistic woman, and someone living with ADHD. My identity is layered, and my experiences are shaped by both the clinical world and my neurodivergent mind.

Why I Started This Blog

After years of masking, burnout, and trying to “fit in” within a high-pressure healthcare environment, I realized I needed a space to process and be real. This blog was born out of a need for honesty, healing, and connection.

What You’ll Find Here

This is a safe place for stories about autism, ADHD, emotional recovery, and the challenges neurodivergent professionals face. If you’ve ever felt unseen in your workplace or overwhelmed by expectations — you’re not alone here.
